Frequently asked
How do I get a refund? Open the order in the app, tap "Need help with this order?" and pick the appropriate option. Refund tiers depend on cancellation timing and are in the Cook Agreement.
I missed my pickup window. No-show orders are not refunded. Reach out to the cook through the in-app message thread if you ran late.
I want to delete my account. Account → Settings → Delete account. Or email hello@silo.market.
I'm a cook and want to list drops. Open the app, tap "Cook" on the welcome screen, and complete onboarding with your MEHKO permit.
